Aunt Tracy patiently allowed Aliyah to get used to all our guests before attempting to get some of her love. After a short period of time, she went right to her and spent the rest of the night between her and Shania. I was on cloud nine. I was so happy to see her interacting and spending time with someone other than us. She tried to cry at Tracy on Sunday morning but as soon as she picked her up she was happy.

A Visit from TJ

TJ was off school this week so he came by Wednesday afternoon, spent some time with Morris, Michael, and Jesse. Aliyah, being Aliyah, just stared at him from a distance.

A Visit from Robert and the Girls

Robert came down with the girls today. Here is a pic of him helping me become familiar with the Protools software I will be using with a project at school. Aliyah is making her scrunchie face.

After Protools and Pizza, we took the kids to Jungle Java. It took a while for Robin to warm up to the place so Uncle Morris went in with her. I think they had a good time:) They certainly loved their juice!

Daddy's Busted!

I caught the big kid playing in Michael's room. He claims he was entertaining Aliyah.

Aliyah is 9 Months

My sweet little angel, most of the time. You weigh 18 pounds 13 ounces and are 27 1/4 inches. Michael was only 5 months when he was at your height and weight. You began pulling yourself up this month so now you are all over the place. Your new word was, "Papa." And...you are such a girl! You growl, scream or cry when you don't get your way. You have Daddy wrapped around your little finger. You don't like people, except for Mama, Dada and Michael. You always have to know what is going on around you, even in the car seat under the car seat cover. You lift your head up, grab onto the sides and peak around at your surroundings. I love you my girly, girl!

My Biolin

One night before bed, Michael asks if he could play me a song on his biolin. At first, I didn't understand what he was asking until he came over with these legos and did this. He then proceeded to play his pretend violin and sing a song he made up.
